Welcome to the Free Online STL Viewer! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Free Online STL Viewer website and its services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

The Free Online STL Viewer provides a web-based tool for viewing 3D STL (Stereolithography) files directly in your browser. The Service operates primarily on client-side processing, meaning your files are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Upload or view any files that infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
  • Upload or view any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the STL files you view using the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your files. Since your files are processed locally on your device, we do not access, store, or transmit your files, thus protecting your intellectual property.

The Service itself, including all its software, designs, text, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by Jalal Achkoune and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jalal Achkoune or anyone associated with the Free Online STL Viewer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
